We're winners! It's official - our famous Muddees have won the coveted three gold stars award in this years Great Taste Awards. Scoping the top spot has caught the eye of ITV Border News; you can find Pat's interview at www.itvlocal.com/border/news. We have also picked up two gold stars for our Sour Cherry Muddees and one gold star for our Limey Gingerbread.
You can now buy the three gold star More? Muddees directly from us at Farmers Markets and through Made in Cumbria shows, or by visiting Westmorland Services Southbound (Tebay) on the M6.
More? Bread believes in a traditional slow fermentation, which means that our bread has evolved naturally in both taste and texture. Using traditional kneading methods each loaf is baked in our wood fired oven - the flavour of our bread is testament to this superior method of bread making.
More? Pud. This is our award winning delicious dessert and patisserie range, including our famous light and luxurious More? Christmas Pud. All our desserts are conceived to bring over two decades of culinary knowledge and skill into your home. People will ask ‘Did you make this?’ - we’ll leave it up to you to answer!

In 2006, after a career spanning over twenty years in some of the Lake District’s finest country houses, renowned local chef Patrick Moore started More? Pud. It was his dream to create real alternatives to mass produced industrial food products so prolific in the modern world. Initially selling his wares exclusively at farmers’ markets, food fairs and events, the overwhelming demand for More? products was the catalyst in founding More?’s artisan bakery.
